See Something - Say Something
Stop AAPI Hate operates the nation’s largest reporting center tracking acts of hate against Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. With the support of respondents across the U.S. we have documented thousands of cases of anti-Asian and anti-Pacific Islander hate — ranging from verbal harassment to physical assault to discriminatory treatment at schools and businesses — allowing us to paint a vivid picture of racism and its effect on our communities.
If you have experienced a racist act, or witnessed a racist act, please take five minutes to fill out our safe and confidential reporting form, available in 15 languages.
The spread of the coronavirus has led to a rise in anti-Asian sentiment and actions. When you report an incident that happened to you through this form, you are helping AAF track these bias incidents in the tri-state area so that we can better advocate for the safety of our community and strengthen the response to these crimes.
If you have experienced a physical assault, physical menacing, verbal harassment/name-calling, being barred from an establishment or transportation, workplace discrimination, shunning, or other form of racial bias, please tell us your story. We do not share your personal information with law enforcement or immigration. Your reporting will not put you at risk for deportation or affect your ability to apply for a green card or citizenship.
You may choose to report your story anonymously. All personal information will be kept confidential unless we explicitly receive permission from you. Thank you for being brave and coming forward and empowering others with your story. Please describe in detail what happened in the form.
Tell your story. Help us track hate.
When you submit your incident through this form, you will be aiding the efforts of Advancing Justice and other advocates to monitor hate incidents across the country. This form does not report directly to law enforcement. If you wish to seek assistance from law enforcement, please contact local law enforcement to report a crime or file a complaint.
By sharing what you experienced or witnessed, you can educate the public, empower others, show service providers where help is needed, and strengthen advocacy efforts for hate crimes response and prevention.
Your story is yours—and we will not share any of your personal information outside our coalition. Thank you for your courage in coming forward.
